Founder and Senior Consultant Edward brings a wealth of experience in real estate, business, and construction development. His dedication to equal rights and low-income housing has made him a respected figure in the industry. Edward has been involved in more than a half-billion dollars worth of real estate development in the United States and has been a business consultant and an attorney for companies throughout Europe, South America, Canada, Israel, and most recently India. He has been a member of the New Bedford Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement, Inc. Edward was President of Nationwide Housing, Inc. and Mass Development Housing, which operated development offices in five states, all involved in real estate development. Edward J. Sylvia, Jr. recognized that true growth in the real estate field comes from equity build-up, depreciation allowances, cash flow, diversification, and acquisition.
